Terms of Service

These terms govern an authorized merchant's use of EIL Dropship Hub and its connected Shopify merchant-operations portal.

Service parties

Boreal Meridian Commerce Inc. owns and provides the software, is the legal Shopify App Store publisher, and is the charging entity for app subscriptions processed through Shopify App Pricing. ExpandOcean International Limited is a licensed business user and operates the connected EIL catalog, supplier, settlement, fulfillment, tracking, and return workflows.

Merchant authorization

The merchant must be authorized to connect the Shopify store and must keep account credentials secure. The merchant is responsible for store content, customer promises, taxes, product compliance, and the accuracy of orders submitted for supplier processing.

Service operation

Subject to the merchant's active plan and enabled service configuration, the app can provide order review and push, durable EIL supplier work, pushed-order status, supplier-charge and settlement status, tracking, returns, notifications, usage, and connection settings.

Order fulfillment requests require an eligible paid Shopify order, a shipping address, and matching supplier SKUs.

App fees and supplier charges

App subscription fees are selected, approved, and billed through Shopify App Pricing. A direct installation link does not grant operational access without an active plan mapped to that store.

Product costs, shipping, supplier invoices, and settlement are separate from the app subscription. Any available settlement method is governed by the merchant's applicable supplier agreement and exact enabled provider configuration. The service does not collect a buyer's payment credentials.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used for unlawful products, intellectual property infringement, deceptive activity, unauthorized access, fraud, or activity that violates Shopify policies. Access may be restricted to protect merchants, customers, suppliers, or the platform.

Availability and liability

Service availability and individual functions can be affected by Shopify, suppliers, carriers, settlement providers, and other third-party systems. The merchant remains responsible for customer promises, its Shopify orders, products, taxes, compliance, and any action it takes after reviewing app output. Liability and dispute terms in an executed commercial agreement control where they conflict with this page.

Changes and termination

Merchants can uninstall the app in Shopify. Material changes to these terms will be posted here or communicated through the service where required.
